Bellamkonda Sreenivas and Kajal Aggarwal are teaming up for the second time for an emotional family drama titled Sita. Teja is the director and Sonu Sood is the lead villain. Mannara Chopra is the other heroine and Anup Rubens composed the music. AK Entertainments are the producers and Sita is hitting the screens across the globe today. Here is the complete review of the film:
Sita (Kajal Aggarwal) is a young, aspiring and arrogant girl who suffers problems because of Basava (Sonu Sood), a goon and a local MLA over a land deal. Basava decides to marry Sita and it is then she starts her hunt for Raghu Ram (Bellamkonda Sreenivas) who is her uncle’s son. Sita plays a drama to steal Ram’s money and the rest of Sita is all about Ram’s efforts to save Sita from all her problems. The film narrates how Sita realizes about the importance of Ram and gets married to him. Watch the film to know about the entire story.
Bellamkonda Sreenivas plays a different role which is sure a disappointment for the audience as he has no scope to perform some action and dance moves. Kajal is the major highlight of the film and her performance, glamorous treat are a treat. Sonu Sood lives up the expectations and he has an author-backed role packed with action and a loud performance. Mannara Chopra looks bubbly and does a decent job. All the other actors have been good and delivered their best.
Sita has a unique plot but it turns a huge misfire because of the treatment. The screenplay and dialogues are the major highlights of the film. The music, background score have been good and apt. The cinematography work looks decent and the production values make the film look lavish. Teja is back with one more disappointment through Sita.
Sita is one more disappointment from Teja and the film falls flat because of the poor narration and bad presentation.
