Superstar Rajinikanth is eagerly waiting for the release of his next movie Kaala. The movie has been directed by PA Ranjith and the film has been announced for June 7th release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. In a shocking move, the movie has been banned in Karnataka over the Cauvery water row. With all the distributors banning the movie, the Karnataka Film Union announced that Kaala will not release in their state.
Rajinikanth and his team have been left in shock with the film not releasing in Karnataka. “I don’t know for what reason they have banned the movie. South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce should intervene in this” responded Rajinikanth. He even said that he is trying his best to get a smooth release in the state. Wunderbar Films produced the movie and Lyca Productions are releasing Kaala across the world.
