The biopic of legendary actress Savitri has been on cards from some time. The movie has been titled Mahanati and Nag Ashwin directed the movie. Made on a massive budget, Mahanati features Keerthy Suresh in the role of Savitri. Samantha, Dulquer Salman and Vijay Devarkonda played other pivotal roles in the film. The entire shoot and the post-production work of Mahanati have been wrapped up recently.
The audio album of Mahanati will be out today through a lavish event. Young Tiger NTR will grace the event as Chief Guest and he gave his immediate nod after requested. Mickey J Mayor is the music composer and Vyjayanthi Movies along with Swapna Cinema produced Mahanati. The film will hit the screens on May 9th.
