Superstar Rajinikanth is sure puzzled after he wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 and Kaala. Though the shoot of both the films have been wrapped up as planned, the release dates are yet to be locked. After 2.0 has been pushed for Diwali, Kaala has been slated for April 27th release but the ongoing strike in Tamil Nadu says that Kaala will not hit the screens as planned.
Kaala completed all the censor formalities and it has been awarded U/A certificate with 14 cuts. PA Ranjith is the director of the film and Wunderbar Films produced Kaala. Lyca Productions is releasing Kaala which completed all the formalities now. Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar played other prominent roles in Kaala and Rajinikanth plays a gangster. Most of the film has been shot in a specially erected set in Chennai.
