Veteran actress Sridevi who acted in over 260 films in different languages of Indian cinema passed away on Saturday night due to accidental drowning. After three complete days of investigation, her mortal remains of Sridevi have been handed over to her family and they reached Mumbai last night. Fans gathered in thousands to the Mumbai airport to witness the glimpses of their favourite actress. Amidst tight security, her mortal remains have been rushed to her residence through special route and her close family members along with celebrities visited her residence to pay visit.
Sridevi’s fans from all round the country gathered in large numbers to her residence despite of an announcement that her mortal remains will be placed in Celebrity Sports Club for visit today. Her body has been moved to the Sports Club today morning at 9 AM and fans rushed to the club in thousands to pay homage for their favourite actress. The last rites will take place today at 3.30 PM in Vile Parle Seva Samaj Crematorium & Hindu Cemetery at S. V. Road in Vile Parle west, Mumbai.
