Talented director Harish Shankar took a long break after the release of Allu Arjun’s Duvvada Jagannadham. The ace director is busy with Valmiki which is the remake of Tamil blockbuster Jigarthandaa. Varun Tej, Pooja Hegde, Atharvaa Murali played the lead roles in Valmiki which completed shoot and is busy with the post-production work. Harish Shankar wanted to share the profits of Valmiki initially but the makers now settled his remuneration.
The talented director is paid Rs 7 crores for the film. He will not share any profits for Valmiki and the makers are busy closing the theatrical deals of Valmiki. The recently released item number received top class response from the audience. Valmiki is announced for September 13th release and is produced by 14 Reels Plus. Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta are the producers.
