Positives:
Vishwak Sen
Mass premises
First Half
Background score
Negatives:
Second Half
Overdose of vulgar dialogues
Dragged narration
Direction
Performances:
Vishwak Sen lives up the expectations as an actor. He has been perfect and fit in the role and carried the entire film on his shoulders. The leading ladies Saloni Mishra and Harshita Gaur had limited roles and they did their jobs well. Uttej has been a huge support and performed well. Abhinav and Tharun Bhascker have been loud in their assignments. All the other actors lived up to the expectations.
Falaknuma Das has a lean plot but the dialogues have been penned with perfection. Though the first half of the film looks decent, the second half turns clumsy. The background score and the songs are the major highlights of Falaknuma Das. The cinematography work looks decent and the production values have been apt. Vishwak Sen fails as a director though he impresses the audience big time as an actor.
Final Word:
Falaknuma Das has a decent first half but the clumsy second half makes the film fall flat. Vishwak Sen tops the show with his acting skills.
