Akhil Akkineni is desperate about scoring a massive hit after two back to back debacles like Akhil and Hello. Despite of taking enough care, both the films ended up as commercial duds. Akhil took a break and he has been listening to scripts from the past couple of months. He hasn’t been impressed much and it was finally Venky Atluri who impressed the young actor with a romantic entertainer. Venky made an impressive directorial debut with Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema recently.
Venky and Akhil are all set to fly to Bangkok this month and they will be working on the script. Akhil too is keen on participating in the script sessions and he would script his next film. The duo will return back with the final draft after which the other cast, crew will be locked. Nagarjuna too gave Akhil a free hand and asked him to take a call on his next. Top producer BVSN Prasad will produce this romantic entertainer that will roll during the mid of this year.
