Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi completed six weeks of its run across the Telugu states. The film directed by Vamshi Paidipally received negative response from the audience. But the film stood strong and raked massive revenues across the summer season. Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh played the lead roles in this social drama which has a strong message for the people about farmers.
The film raked Rs 110.6 crores in six weeks of its box-office run across the globe. Except overseas and Ceeded, all the buyers are left in profits. The film is expected to end up its final run this week. Superstar fans are left delighted with the way the film has been appreciated. With no big releases during this season, Maharshi raked good numbers. Dil Raju, PVP and Ashwini Dutt are the producers.
