Mega Powerstar Ramcharan has been facing a tough time in his career. Though he has been quite careful about his films, his recent outings Govindhudu Andarivadele and Bruce Lee failed to keep the audience engaging. He has taken enough care and is shooting for his next film that has been titled Dhruva. The actor has taken his time and came up with a complete makeover. His new and fresh look is said to be the major highlight of Dhruva and he will be seen as a cop in the film.
This Surendar Reddy directorial is the remake of Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan which featured Jayam Ravi and Nayanathara in the lead roles. The script underwent enough changes and Aravind Swamy who essayed the antagonist’s role in the original will essay the same role. Rakul Preet Singh is playing the female lead in Dhruva and Posani Krishna Murali, Navdeep will be seen in other crucial roles in the film.
As per the latest news, the makers are in plans to release the first look poster of the movie on August 15th on the eve of Independence Day. The makers will even unveil the official title of the movie on the same day. Hiphop Thamiza is the music composer for the movie and Allu Aravind is producing Dhruva on Geetha Arts banner. Top producer NV Prasad is producing the film and the makers are in plans to release the movie during dasara however there are talks that the film will hit the screens during Diwali.
Surendar Reddy has been taking enough care on the film and Dhruva will have a gripping screenplay with just three songs and limited entertainment so as the audience should not lose the grip on the plot. Though the makers have made enough changes as per the nativity, we have to wait and see how far Ramcharan and his team will impress the Telugu audience.
