SS Rajamouli several times during his interviews and media interaction said that he wishes to direct the epic Mahabharatha and he will do it when he gets the guts and confidence. During the press meet of RRR, the topic of Mahabharata came in and Rajamouli surprised everyone saying that the film would be his last directorial. The film will be made in several installments admitted Rajamouli.
He said that he would retire from films after Mahabharatha. As of now, it is still unclear when he will direct the film told the top director. SS Rajamouli is currently directing RRR featuring Ram Charan and NTR in the lead roles. The film is currently under shoot and will release on July 30th 2020. The film is made on a budget of Rs 400 crores and is produced by DVV Danayya.
